______________________By commissioning me, you agree to all terms laid out below. Please read them carefully, and if you have issues with anything feel free to bring it up to me and we can discuss it prior to me starting your commission. Failure to follow one or more of these terms may end up getting you blacklisted from further commissions.
_______________________🌵 I, AbsoluteCactus,♥ — Reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund your order for any time and for any reason I deem worthy. This includes — but is not limited to — breaking and of my terms while I am working on your order or if you're unnecessarily rude to me in any way.♥ — Reserve the right to post and reupload the commissioned artwork in places such as portfolios and protentional publications to showcase my work. If a specific piece you purchase has sentimental value (ex: a memorial or wedding themed piece) I will not use them unless given the okay to do so.♥ — Hold all copyright over the commissioned artwork itself. However, I will not claim ownership of the intellectual property within said piece unless it is a character owned by myself.♥ — Will not profit from the commissioned piece beyond your payment.If any of these terms are broken, they will automatically be nullified and I will use the artwork as I see fit.

_🍄 You, the commissioner,♠ — May upload WIPs, progress shots, or the completed commission to any website, so long as I am credited via a linkback to my Twitter, Toyhouse, or DeviantART.♠ — MAY NOT profit from MY ARTWORK in any way, shape or form. This includes — but is not limited to — NFTs or any other form of cryptocurrency, reselling/redistributing, or making prints. This, however, may or may not apply if the character(s) and/or focal point(s) of the commissioned work itself is being sold. Please contact me for details.♠ — MAY NOT alter, trace, edit, claim, or (without credit) reupload the commissioned piece in any way without my consent.♠ — Hold all rights to the intellectual property present within the commission, if applicable.♠ — May purchase the license to the artwork itself at any time for full ownership to do as you please. Otherwise, I will contact you once when I reach the lining stage for sketch approval and then the full, completed piece.♪ — I DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS ONCE I'VE STARTED THE INKING PROCESS OF YOUR ORDER.
______________________I take care of my disabled mother full-time, so art is something I mostly do on the side, but I will still strive to get all orders completed in a timely matter. However, my mother's illness can be unpredictable, so please be patient.I also have chronic depression and bad ADHD/ADD, so sometimes it is extremely hard for me to focus, so sometimes orders may take a bit longer to complete.I do not work Thursday-Saturday or during holidays.My work hours tend to be during the evenings (EDT) as that's usually when I have free time to do so. The average timeframe for completing your order is about a week or two, depending on both life and my current queue, and depending on the complexity of your order. Please feel free to reach out to me if I haven't responded in over two weeks of you commissioning me.
