By commissioning me you agree to all terms laid out below. Please read them carefully. If you have questions or concerns with anything, please contact me prior to buying something so we can discuss it. 🦌 I reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time.🦌 You simply commissioning me does not suddenly make us friends. It is merely a business transaction and I will treat it as such, as should you.🦌 I will always send you the sketch for approval. Once the sketch has been approved and I begin the inking stage, refunds will not be issued, should you cancel for any reason. You will be required to compensate me for my time should I make additional progress. (ie: inking and/or colouring progress) It will be $20/hour of extra time spent.I will not give updates for every phase of the drawing process, but I will happily send WIPs if asked.🦌 I will not copy another person's art style unless I am specifically commissioned to "canonise" or mimic a style of an existing IP (ie: My Little Pony, Gorillaz, etc.)
🦌 Unless I am creating you an entirely new character, reference sheets or detailed descriptions are required. If you have next to nothing to work with, I will not accept your inquiry.🦌 You acknowledge that I may post or upload your commissioned artwork to places such as social media or portfolios to showcase my work or use as examples. If a specific piece you purchase has sentimental value (ie: a memorial or a wedding themed pieces) I will not use them unless given the okay to do so. YOU are responsible for notifying me beforehand. I will not ask each individual person.🦌 I hold all copyright over the commissioned artwork itself. However, I will not claim ownership of the intellectual property present within said piece unless it is a character owned by myself.🦌 I will not profit from your commission beyond your payment. (it will not be resold as merch and/or prints).✧⊹✧.✧⊹✧.✧⊹✧.✧⊹✧.✧⊹✧.✧⊹✧.🌹 You may upload any WIPs, progress shots, or the completed commission to any website so long as you link back to this website or any of my socials and you don't remove my watermark. Should I find any of my uncredited art posted by you, the commissioner, I will ask you to correct the mistake. If you refuse, you will be blacklisted from commissing me in the future.🌹 You WILL NOT profit from MY ARTWORK in any way, shape, or form. This includes — but is not limited to — NFTs or any forms of cryptocurrency, reselling or redistributing unless it is specifically commissioned to become merch or the character(s) of the commissioned work itself is being resold.🌹 You WILL NOT alter, trace, edit, claim or reupload the commissioned piece (unless credited) in any way without my consent.🌹 Any OCs or characters owned by you (or others) that are present within the commissioned piece will not be claimed or used by me in the future unless specifically commissioned to do so again.You can also rest assured that I will notify you of any artwork of these OCs or characters by someone other than you to confirm you are comfortable with me drawing them (unless it is a gift meant to surprise you.)🌹 You must provide proof you're 18+ should you commission any NSFW from me. I WILL NOT draw NSFW for minors under any circumstance.You turning 18 later in the year does not exempt you from this rule. This means that certain orders may take a bit longer to complete. Once again, I will still try to get everything completed ASAP.🦀 I will not work weekends or during holidays.🦀 My work hours tend to be during the evenings (EDT) as that's usually when I have free time to do so. The average timeframe for completing your order is about a week or two, though this is subject to change depending on happenings in my life, my current commission queue, or the complexity of your order.
