🦌 I reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time.🦌 You simply commissioning me does not suddenly make us friends. It is merely a business transaction and I will treat it as such, as should you.🦌 I will always send you the sketch for approval. Once the sketch has been approved and I begin the inking stage, refunds will not be issued, should you cancel for any reason. You will be required to compensate me for my time should I make additional progress. (ie: inking and/or colouring progress) It will be $20/hour of extra time spent.I will not give updates for every phase of the drawing process, but I will happily send WIPs if asked.🦌 I will not copy another person's art style unless I am specifically commissioned to "canonise" or mimic a style of an existing IP (ie: My Little Pony, Gorillaz, etc.)🦌 Unless I am creating you an entirely new character, reference sheets or detailed descriptions are required. If a specific piece you purchase has sentimental value (ie: a memorial or a wedding themed pieces) I will not use them unless given the okay to do so. YOU are responsible for notifying me beforehand. I will not ask each individual person.🦌 I hold all copyright over the commissioned artwork itself. However, I will not claim ownership of the intellectual property present within said piece unless it is a character owned by myself.🦌 I will not personally profit from your commission beyond your payment. If you refuse, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.🌹 You WILL NOT profit from MY ARTWORK in any way, shape, or form. This includes — but is not limited to — NFTs or any forms of cryptocurrency, reselling or redistributing unless it is specifically commissioned to become merch, or the character(s) of the commissioned work itself is being resold.On that note, should you commission me for something with the intention of turning it into merch, I will request a small percentage of profit for each piece of merch sold. The payback percentage depends entirely on how much you intend on selling merch containing my art for.
